Dates and Times:
Daily play:
- Monday 10am to Noon and 6pm to 8pm
- Wednesday 10am to Noon and 6pm to 8pm
Start Date: Monday April 29
Excluded Dates: May 15, May 20, June 10, June 12, July 1, August 5, September 2.
End Date: Wednesday, September 11
For the 2024 season there will be 19 weeks available for play.
Participants will be notified of any schedule changes with as much notice as possible.
Rates: including HST
- Rates are $9.00 each session
- Non Refundable Unlimited for $200
- Can be paid by e-transfer, debit, cheque or cash.

- Individuals can pay in advance of the season at the QCC office during office hours or they can pay at their first session.
- Cancellation policy
- - If for any reason the Pickleball season needs to be adjusted and the unlimited players will not get their game in then a refund will be arranged based on a prorated amount of weeks played.

- At the first week of play each participant will complete a registration form which includes a waiver.
- The unlimited players will pay their fee if they have not already paid.
- Each session there will be a sign in sheet.
- The unlimited players will be listed and they can initial the sheet to confirm their attendance.
- All of the pay as you play participants will sign the sheet and pay the convenor.
